Revealing our rebrand
On Monday 13th September, we were thrilled to share our rebrand with you.
It is the cultivation of an enormous amount of work and something we're delighted to finally be able to unveil.
This website showcases our new brand including our redesigned logos, refreshed colourways, and highlights the breadth of what we do whilst bringing more clarity and consistency to the naming of the various elements of our proposition.
In the past, much of our customer-facing materials and media have centred on the solutions that Mortgage Brain provides for intermediaries. Intermediaries form the largest part of our business and remain a focal point of what we do at Mortgage Brain, but beyond this, we are proud to work with and provide solutions and support to everyone involved in the mortgage process.
We're looking forward to sharing more developments with you in the coming weeks and months, but for the time being, we want to provide you with clarity about the changes we've made.
The rebrand is part of an evolution of Mortgage Brain’s strategy to bring together our broker propositions into an integrated ‘one-stop-shop’ in a fragmented and complex technology environment and therefore, the naming conventions of our products have been constructed in a way that is clearly visible that they form a wider suite of solutions.

In addition to the visual aspects, we are continually investing in innovation to bring the next generation of technological tools to the mortgage market. Furthermore, we have revisited our customer contact methods to enable us to communicate with our customers quicker, and more effectively.
As part of this, we’ve introduced new live chat functionality which allows advisers to select from pre-set options to help direct their enquiry, such as a password reset, and receive support quicker than ever. Additionally, we have launched a new help centre which is searchable and features articles which can be accessed on mobile, tablet, laptop, MAC, or PC.
