UK, February 01 2022: Submissions Brain welcomes Halifax Intermediaries as the latest lender to go live on the cutting-edge innovation from mortgage technology expert Mortgage Brain, following a successful trial.
Submissions Brain is a multi-lender application and submission gateway, formerly known as Lendex, and is available to all intermediaries for free as a standalone service as well as through integrations with Mortgage Brain’s CRM, The Key and sourcing system, Sourcing Brain. It allows intermediaries to carry out multiple decisions in principle (DIPs), share key documents and/or submit full mortgage applications, all through a single login, with participating lenders.
Halifax Intermediaries launched its trial of Submissions Brain in October, initially to a handful of intermediaries, including Just Mortgages and Fluent Mortgages, and has now rolled it out to the entire market. The integration of the service is delivered via an API and means intermediaries can submit DIPs and receive a decision back through the platform.
